What is the correct positioning(elevation, tilt) of directv international satellite dish for Fairfax, VA?

I know that it's suppose to face SW. But I couldn't pickup a signal at all. On the back of the dish, there are two ways to adjust the satellite. One is for elevation and another is for tilt. Can anyone tell me the correct setting for Fairfax, VA region. DirecTV representative didn't know anything about tilt.

Go to http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/customer/d...  and type in your zip code and it will give you the positions. Hope that helps!
