  2. The daughter of any noble title is always a Lady.  Because cultures who have a form of aristocracy tend to be patriarchal, the sons get any extra titles that the parent may have to give them.  The highest title is only given over to the eldest son upon such time as the father's death.

  3. To the main question,I'm not sure not usually they would have one of the smaller holdings of their parents in their name giving them some title, though the parents still rule over it.
