  1. run as like you were, floating tried to keep your air inside as much as you can an exhale it when it necessary for example exhale it in a fast sprint and inhale when slowing down, the way you run is  opening your legs more so you will have angular movement which means that if you open your legs more while running  it will help you get less tired and also the position of your shoulder should be at the distance of your ribs. finally if you want to have strength when running for long distance i advice you to encourage your self to overcome  the tireness and achive the location where you want to be

  2. breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. it seems difficult at first especialy if your use to breathing in and out of your mouth but just stick to it because in the long run it ends up helping you breathe a lot easier.

  3. There is no correct way to breathe while running.

Breath how you feel most comfortable.

  4. long deep breaths

the best oxygen is at the bottom of your lungs,

and make your mouth an "o" shape
