  12. Its not like eat less... It in timely fashion. Just keep in mind... don't go over stomach. Keep it a bit empty.

    Exercise is good thing if you can go with Or else.. go with normal Yoga (better get training from someone).

    Have normal hot water with honey in the morning.

  19. I too was in the same problem, about two years ago. I had a problem in my nerve than connects the spinal cord to brain. The fluid that is in the brain (inside or outside??) was not balanced. This is the reason I was overweight and my eye power faced a drastic increase from 0.5 to 3.5! If this went on, I would be blind! They took the fluid from my spinal cord. I was in bed for a week, away from my school. I vomited a lot, grew weak and pale. Got sort of fits and nearly died. they told me to lose atleast 10 kilos in a year. and i did.not in one year. but five months. my dinner was only fruits acc to the season. strictly no pizzas and junk foods. no noodles, cakes, chocolates nothing. no potatoes. exercise 30min a day. at 5 speed. and rest max 7 hours a day. And now I'm all right. The heavy dose tablets I was taking will come to a stop in a month. I'm perfectly all right
