I told my neighbor and he sent an HVAC friend of his who simply drained some of the freon. My AC works fine now. Should I pay the rest on the VISA, then tell HVAC to credit me at least one whole visit, so my credit doesn't get damaged. Or should I tell VISA to dispute the first visit? What is the best way to complain, financially? They have lost my business for the future.
