When I tried "metronorthrailroad.com", all I got was eBay links and items for sale. I wanted to look up fares, but that had items for sale instead of fares. I need the fare information asap!!

Metro North, The Long Island Railroad, Long Island Bus and New York City Transit are all components of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.  You can access information on all of these through the MTA website.  

NJ Transit has its own website, too.
