What is the correct zip code for Kuwait City (?)?

When processing my application for a new web e-mail address, the form keeps telling me the zip code is not valid.

Safat Zip Code 13034, 13043, 13060, or 13072 to name a few.

Kuwait City 81006, KW is even another type code for an area.

Kuwait uses five-digit postal codes. It looks that those for Kuwait City start by 13.
