    The Treaty of Tordesillas is an agreement upon which Spain and Portugal agreed in sharing the New World Land. Thus, you must be referring to the Alexandrian Bulls (Inter Cœtera, Eximiœ Devotionis and Dudum Siquidem) by which the Pope settled the division of the New World lands granting Spain the western lands and Portugal the eastern lands of a line established by the Pope in the Atlantic Ocean.
