  1. I flew from Cebu to Delhi last year. The ticket (r.t.) was about USD 1200. The Indian rupee is almost the same as pesos. 39-41 to the dollar. Hotels were about the same- I got a small room for 900 rupees a night. Taxis were also the same as in the Philippines so was the food. Figure how much it would cost to stay in Manila for two weeks and go from there.
