The avg. energy cost in the U S is about 10 cents per Kilowatt-Hour. The avg. annual cost is probably around $2500-$3000.

This is for a totally electric / heat pump house. Based on electricity use.

You can't find it because it probably needs to be calculated.

HVAC Technicians use a software based tool called an Opcost calculator to determine the heating needs of a home.  The software looks at the size of the home, insulation, aspect of the house (Facing north, east, southw west) and how much shade it gets.

Truly there ar ea lot of factors involved.
