What is the cost of Joining the MRIS system for Real Estate agents?

Never heard of MRIS but I would be curious as to what it is.

It was like $200-300 to join but its been years (may have gone up and I'm not sure on the amount anyhow).  After you join its $165 per quarter.  

Of course you can just call them and ask, but whatever the fee is if you are serious about doing anything in the DC area (as a realtor) you are going to have to join.  Just to much on there that you can't get any other way.
