Can anybody brief me on the regular expenses in Mandurah, I plan to move there next month. How much would it cost to rent a house/Buy a house.....How much would it cost me to buy a car for me to travel.

What are the job options available in Mandurah ? Is it close to the beach ?

Have you been to Perth before? COL In Mandurah is about the same as Perth. 2 bed units are anywhere between 250-350pw, house prices in Perth/Mandurah vary. A good website is realeastate.com.au

There are definitely more job options in the Perth, because Mandurah is quite small, but it's easy to live in Mandurah and work in Perth (there's a new train line). Mandurah is on an estuary, but also right by the beach. It's a quiet spot.
