I would like to know in detail what exactly happnes at court. Do we have to tell the story to the judge or even do anything at all? Any details about it helps.

  1. I don't know, but you should get an attorney.

  2. Wisconsin has no state law on prowling. You must have been cited under a local ordinance.

If you go to court, you will be asked to enter a plea. If you plea not guilty, it goes to trial and you don't say anything to the judge. If you plea guilty, or no contest, he should give you a chance to explain before he renders a decision.
