  1. Due to higher taxes, the cost of living is higher in Canada.  However, the standard of living in Canada has been listed in polls and surveys around the world as one of the top 5 countries, so it's worth it.  As well, the pay scales are in the top 8 countries.

Is Canada still a safe place to live?  Well, when I go for my walks every evening, I know that the odds of someone walking towards me has a weapon on them is about 1 in a million.  Considering the population of Canada is about 35 million, those are pretty safe odds.

  2. canada is way safer thatn US. i hvent lived in US but my dad did. well he kinda compare canada, united states, austrilia, germany and n he thought canada was the best. so we r here now. n i believe it si not bad to live in here. well New york is three timesexpensive than canada thats is for sure. n i gurantee that canada is cheaper than US

  3. Cost of living in Canada is more expensive due to taxes.  We pay more for things like fuel, alcohol, and other consumer products because of tax.  We have higher taxes to pay for things like universal healthcare, education and other social services that are available to all Canadians.

Canada is an extremely safe country and is continuously ranked as one of the best countries in the world to live.  Our major cities are also ranked amongst the top cities to live/work in.

  4. I live in America but i once met some people who live in Canada now and used to live in America. They said that everything is 10x more expensive there than it is here.
