  1. That depends if you are an American or Italian?? Are you military or cilvian?? If you are american you will pay almost double of rent then the Italian and if you are american military the italians now how much the miltiary allows you and will try to take it all. I rent a 4 story house with 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 bath its is E900 which today = $1275 an Italian would maybe pay E450-E500 at the most. It is get really costly because the exchange rate is getting really bad. Americans are losing .30 to every dollar that we spend.
