What is the cost of prescription lenses alone (I already have the frames)?

I live in Ottawa (Canada), and my prescription is normal, about -2.00.

Frames are def the most expensive. Depends on what kind of lens you wear, and, as above, where you go.

Mine are -2.75, and cost $70 (inc. anti-reflection treatment etc)

That depends entirely on where you go.

I do it for 69.00 including anti reflection, but another optical store down the street may charge 129,00 for the same lenses...

All you can do is shop around, there is no set price.
