What is the cost of university in Ecuador?

Talkin' here about the tuition for Ecuadorians, not for Americans or exchange students. If you're Ecuadorian, how much is it for a four-year degree from an average Ecuadorian university? If you happen to be an expert on the matter, it'd be great to know specifically about colleges near Otavalo.

well it depends of the university and the career you want to study. one of the cheapest is ESPE ($1000 6 months) (excellent in all branches of engineering). the most expensive is USFQ that is good specially in laws.($5000 per 6 months).

I don't think there are good colleges near Otavalo. if you are looking for studying here in Ecuador come to Quito or Guayaquil.
