  1. Way too many variables - you need to provide more info.  What type of plant for example.


  2. To produce the electricity, or to sell it to customers? One is going to effect the other. Off hand, I'd guess that cost per KW-HR is going to be in the neighborhood of 0.001 cents per KW-HR. They will make their profit from charging any where from 5 cents, or more per KW-HR to customers.
