  2. In N. Florida you would pay about

    $80.00 per sq. ft.

    That means that a 14 X 30 rectangle pool

would be about $33,600.00 (420 sq. ft.)

to a reputable builder. That includes filter, pump, 4ft. of deck, light, swimout seat or ladder, chemicals, permits, cleaning equipment, ceramic tile, excavation, hauling away dirt, and repairing the ruts from construction.

Cheaper builders cut corners that is not what you want.

We will tell you that a kidney pool

has fewer sq. ft. than a rectangle pool.

    So it is cheaper.

Check with your local Chamber of Commerce to

    find a reputable company.

Build with a builder from your immediate area.

    Fewer headaches that way.

  3. Probably no less than 20,000, or more depending on the size

  4. on this link is a photo of a pool that cost 100,000...it is completely covered in tiles and has an attached spa with remote controls and jets of water that shoot over pool..it is not my pool, but one I did some work on it :  http://www.swimming-pool-information.com...

  5. In Southern California an 80 perimeter pool 3.5-6' depth would cost $30,000 decking additional.

    You're welcome!!

  6. You can expect to pay anywhere from $20,000.00 and up for a built in pool....
