  1. Never heard of having an eviction expunged. If you meant conviction, you need to go through the court and get it approved. Normally, it has to be from a long time back.

  3. If you are trying to expunge a conviction, I would consider the reason. Many people think that expunging a record means it goes away, like it never happened. This is not true. The record is removed from the county level and does not show up. However, it remains on your FBI record forever. There are still certain jobs that require you to admit to the conviction. Those jobs include law enforcement. If your goal is to simply remove the record locally, this will work. If on the other hand you think this will make the entire record disappear, nope.
