I want to install navigation in my 2006 slk. What is the estimated cost if taken to the dealership?

  1. I can't believe it will  be that inexpensive. I like stock looking factory stuff too, but maybe just get a Garmin or something.  


  2. It can be done but only if your SLK was equipped with the COMAND system from the factory.  Navigation cannot be retrofitted without it.

    Cost depends on where you live but in Canada, it's close to $3000 for the drive unit, the navigation disc as well as a new trunk panel ( where the navigation system would be installed ).

  3. It's usually around $1,500.
