Probably ear wax. You doctor can irrigate your ears to remove it, or you can try an over-the-counter remedy.

you could just have water stuck in there.  try being really careful about getting water in there while showering/washing your hair for a week or so.  it should go away on it's own if that's what it is.  otherwise it may be fluid from sinuses - your dr. can drain it if necessary.
