Slept with a partner rep of my company so she would give me Giants tickets.  It was a no lose situation for me.  Hey, I was young and wild then.  LOL.

called in sick to work and went to the Cowboys game! My boss saw me on TV and I got fired. :(  but he hired me back the next day! ;)

I was new to the automotive area of Farm and fleet in 2005. I went home for lunch to catch as much of the Packers vs. Bears game as I could. when it came time to come back, I called my boss and said I wasn't coming back in, and that I was going to stay home and watch the game. He said "You're joking right." and laughed. then I laughed and said: "no. I quit." I had no intention of quitting before the game.

Also my cousin worked at Applebees and kept getting yelled at for sitting at the bar and watching the game. so finally he just said I quit, took off his uniform and sat at the bar and finished the game.
