The person would have to be toxic to the point that they just cannot see how their behavior or words causes grief and problems for others.

Or, the technical term for a person with no conscience is a sociopath,but the person is dangerous than the toxic type.

1) Very good at what you do. "The guys a monster guitar player" etc...

2) A nasty incorrectly acting completely crazy and unreasonable human being. "Serial killers are monsters"
