  1. Min education can be nil. nothing

you require talent and financial (sponsorship) backing.

Different motor sport bodies require different licenses, F1 requires a super license, not easy to earn, from there it would be easy for JPM to be granted licensing in other categories whether he must go through driver testing or not.

  2. In terms of driving qualifications, all F1 drivers must obtain an FIA Superlicence in order to compete in F1... to get this they must already have a Grade A competition licence (which allows people like Montoya to do whichever motorsport category they like)... To get the Superlicence the driver must have been the reigning champion in a lower category e.g. GP2 (ala Lewis Hamilton) or at least finished consistently high up (ala Nelsinho Piquet and Heikki Kovalainen)

This licence can be revoked if the driver isn't showing that they are of the quality needed to compete in F1 (Yuji Ide)

In terms of education... nothing exceptional is needed...

  3. You do not need an education for almost all forms of sports. You need talent.

To be classified as a Formula 1 Driver all in this entire planet you need is a superlicense. You want 1? its quite simple go win a GP2 race or finish on the podium there 3-5 times, then check in the mail for your superlicense, oh and the FIA charges you 3000 euros per point for it.
