I need to classify some angiosperm leaves based on shape of crown. I am not sure what kinds of shapes there are and what there names would be. Labled pictures would be helpful. Also what are some other ways to classify Angiosperms and Gymnosperms.

  1. Crown is usually used to designate parts of a tree or shrub above the trunk or stems. This includes the scaffolding branches that form the canopy, smaller twigs and their leaves

  2. There is no such thing as the crown of the leaf.  Do you mean the shape of the tip of the leaf?
