The 'Difference between what' and what?

Where, which part of what you term as 'the Middle East'.

'Facts' ~ there are volumes and volumes of 'Facts' until they'd come out of your ears ....But, facts relating to what, exactly?

If I were mean and unpleasant, then I might say, 'here are the Links, go read them yourself and find answers to whatever you have in your mind and make of it all what you will, Kid.  

Or in other words, try to be a little more 'focused' in what you are looking for, and phrase yourself a bit more ''nicely'' ~ since you are 'asking people to do your homework for you'.

If you are asking about cultural differences among different people who live in the Middle East, then get out a map and look at what countries are in the Middle East. Many of those countries have a country culture and then other cultures within their country. Just a list of cultures is going to be long!

What is your assignment? Is it written down? If it is, it would be a good idea to put down exactly what your teacher is asking you to do. What you have here isn't very clear.
