  1. I had that to , to the point that it was effecting my bladder as well . If I had to pee I had to run to the bathroom . I am in my 20's . A friend of mine is a massage therapist and after one session my problem was gone. The massage was very pain full though.

  2. massage  and excercise

  3. well when the dog I was minding, he came in paralyzed in the right hind leg from a slipped disc from an old injury that got re-injured by the other dog it was playing with.

Treated it with homeopathic remedies for paralysis (specific even to the leg that was affected for a couple of days and with that as well some Australian Bush Flower Essences for paralysis and nerve problems and by the time we got to the vet the next day he had some feeling back and eventually to the chiropractor for some adjustment.

Added some Australian Bush Flower Essences for some tendon healing, muscle relaxation added to the other essences we were giving and now you can not tell unless he is over tired that he at one time was paralyzed in that leg.

And since the nerves are very similar in animals I would assume as good a result if used.

  4. I had this problem on my neck and on my lower back. I tried Chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, massage therapy and physiotherapy. The truth is that contamination oÌ f massage therapy with acupuncture worked well but the problem returned. Physiotherapy helped and taught me preventative  measures. Physiotherapy in my view is the winner!!!!

    Good luck and good health,

  5. The answer is honestly there isn't much other than weight loss (if over weight) Ibprophen to keep swelling down. I had to go through Aqua therapy to keep my core muscle's strengthened to help aleviate the added stress on my low back (where i have a pinched nerve) Depending on age and location some Doctors will do surgery. I found that Ultrasound helped me out a lot. The dr has special Tens units that they use and that also helps with some relief as you are strengthening the core muscles.

  6. You mean in your toes?

A pinched nerve in your back can't cause numbness in your fingers - that would mean you have one in your neck to.

A good chiropractor can help relieve this a lot, but you have to follow it up with a good exercise program. There are about a million good videos these days - those old Buns of Steel videos were really excellent. You can still find them at Target and Ross sometimes.

    Good luck.
