  2. dont worry i have an over active imagination too, it may seem bad, but it has benifits, actually an imagination is one of the best things that you can be blessed with!

This I might say if I try to be humorous that you should start painting your house, the walls, the ceiling and the lot, but this is not merely a joke as there is some very good idea hidden therein. I suggest that you take to draw or paint. This is one artistic skill that is more closely related to all artistic forms of expression. It is not only cathartic and therapeutic but can also be a greatly purposeful activity for the mind. You could develop a certain style to express yourself, yours surroundings, your mattes and matters of a wider world around you. I personal have great relish for painting. I know how useful it is to have all the colours, shapes and forms at the stroke of your brush waiting for your artistic command. It is fun. You could put on canvas all the weird and wonderful things that crop up so vividly in your imagination. Instead of being fed up by them feed your mind by them. I therefore strongly recommend.

  8. Over-active imagination may be cured by a controlled mind. Discipline yourself not to over do things. It is the mind that controls our senses. It is really a self-controlling factor that should be practiced. Just be moderate on things you imagine. Just use the imaginations in a nice manner.
