  1. venezualean (sp?) bolivars. (VEB is exchange code)

  2. Its the Bolivar and currently you get 3250 Bolivares per dollar.... with 3250 bolivares u can (maybe) buy a coffee and a pastry....

  3. Venezuelan Bolivar

  4. The Bolivar, or USD, if you don't have local cash, most places will take USD

  5. Bolivares.

    1 dollar = 2150 Bolivares

  6. The currency is the BOLIVAR, virtually worthless against currencies such the USD (1 USD = 2147.30 Bs), Euro and GBP. Chavez keeps a controlled exchange policy, which means, no citizen can buy foreing currency freely, every citizen has a quota of 4000 USD a year presenting proof of travelling, so basically you cannot expend more than that if you are going out of the country.... not a nice situation. So a parallel market (Ilegal one) runs in venezuela where the USD can be bought freely for a rate of 1 USD = 4000.00 Bs

  7. The currency is the Bolivar  for 1 US dollar you would get 2.150 bolivares in an official exchange house

Now if you exchange your dollars in the black market (what I recommend) When I say black market is when you exchange your dollars to any particular person for example me =)  people would give you 1 US $ = 3000 Bolivares So you would have more bolivares to spend.

    Are you coming to Venezuela?
