can somebody provide me the specific method of latest waste disposal of nuclear power plant........... plz dont give me link....

  1. US:

    Waste is stored on-site, or nearby the power plant reactor, in large water pools.  They are stored in pools until they become relatively less radioactive (but still at a high level).  Then they are stored above ground in the same facility (but secured behind fences and barricades).

    Some low-level and medium-level waste is transported to a place near Carlsbad, New Mexico, called WIPP.

    Perhaps some day the Yucca Mountain underground storage site northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada will open and accept all the high-level waste from all the temporary pools and storage sites around the country.

    Almost every other Nation besides the US:

    They bury it in deep underground storage sites -- sometimes underneath (close to) the power plant.

    It is also possible to recycle nuclear waste to produce even more 'good' nuclear fuel, but this is discouraged, as the same process can also be used to produce nuclear material for weapons.
