    The national average for home loans in India is 10-12% for fixed & 13-14% floating.

    I am assuming that Baroda's home loan rate will be within the above-mentioned average.

  3. Any time, any place, the home loan rates are uniform in India, as  decided by the lending Bank ( as per RBI regulations ). There is no special lending rate for Ritesh, particularly at Baroda City.
