In NYC (or NY in general) for rent stabalized apartments where utilities are included, the landlord has a right to charge $X per tenant installed A/C unit per year.

What is the current value of X?

I can't believe an hour spent on google and the DHCR did not produce this answer for me.

Thanks.

  1. Have you called your local electric company? If they can't tell you ask them who can.

    Good luck!
