  1.   It will remain at its current score ranging between 14000 to 16000 points for atleast a month. Unless ofcourse some drastic event like steep rise in oil price which I think now is not going to be.Inflation is ofcourse another problem.Good economic and financial decisions are panacea to any sudden disease to the stock market . Otherwise a sudden death in the share market may result.

Stability in the stock market is there in Indian market ,compared to other share markets across the world. This must be maintained.

  2. Though the current outlook is not very good, lot of good scrips are available at attractive prices. Ups and Downs are also part of market. A person who can wait till the current economic turmoil is overcome will definitely make good gains. As for as India is concerned, performances of frontline companies may not have big impacts and they will do their best to declare better results. So it is advisable to invest in fundamentally good companies and hold on to them for a while. You may also visit, http://www.squidoo.com/sharebazar for some news.

  3. bearish

  4. the current strength is good and should remain good if the gov does not come out with confusing statments. this gives traders advantage who are not investers but only play the game. This gives lot of  mental problems to long term investor who has invested is lifes earnings into the market for which every analyst come out in favour of i.e long term invester does not have to worry etc etc etc.

However the root couse of all problems is corruption in verious offices . If only FII and the gov play it responsibly beliving in India's Growth story which is actully there in place.

So I belive that markets should remain good and will go and touch new highs. Any person who says bearish has ulterior motive like he may have missed the bandwagon and wants to bring down markts so he can buy or he may have sold of at highs and wants to go bottom fishing. I may not say bullish but should be around and between 15000 and 19500 till mid june 2009. Of course this is my view.

  8. The various factors u have mention in the description of ur question are all belonging to the risk catagory called systematic risk. It means the risk which are purely due to the market related factors and which cannot be diversified. But there r unsystematic elements viz. the company related factors too.

At present the Indian Capital Market is too risky to speculate (speculation means trying to get all of a sudden high return from taking high risk) with. But for the investors if they conduct a proper analysis on the individual shares ( like NP margin of the company, beta of the share price) there is still no harm in investing.

  9. a very simple answer to your long question., The trend is bearish and will last for quite some time.

  10. Market seems to have bottomed out in the medium term and we are likely to see sensex above 21000 in one or two years. Start investing now, instead of investing at a higher level when the market hype is high.
