train? you do know there is water in between them, you can take a train to dover from england the ride the ferry across the channel then hop a train to paris

It is about 2 hours. and james there is a tunnel under the sea for the trains to go through

To be precice it take 2 hours and 42 minutes.

The time will drop in November 2007, when the new international station opens at St Pancras, when the Eurostar will not longer be sharing it's route with the regular local services as the new High Speed 1 Line will be opened.
