I am writing a short story, and I was wondering if there was a day with a whole lot of sunlight and not a lot of night? Or a city or town that gets a lot of sunlight and not much darkness? It's kind of a supernatural story so i don't care if the answer is weird, but it has to be factual.

  4. Hi Val.  I believe your are asking about the summer solstice. In North America that occurs around June 20th, the longest day of the year with the shortest night. Enter the words "summer solstice" on any good internet search engine for more info.

Good luck with your story.  I love supernatural stories, particularly when they are realistic.
