  1. No you still don't need a passport when driving they delayed that till sping 2009 but as of jan 31 2008 any person over the age of 19 will need a valid id or drivers licence and a birth certifcate if your under 19 you wil only need a birth certifcate hope this helps you


  2. Marie is correct.  You can see the website below and read the top half of the page carefully to see that no date has been set for needing a passport for LAND travel to and from Mexico.
