What is the deal with potential employers?

Seriously, What is wrong with these people? Every single time I apply for a job, go to an interview, go out of my way to try and make something happen I get absolutely no courtesy in return for my efforts. What really pisses me off is when a potential employer says "Thanks for your time we will call you next week." and then--as always--- they never F@#!$%G do. If they do not want to offer me the job then fine...but at least have the courtesy to call and let me know. Is it really that hard to pick up the god d**n phone.

Any one else ever deal with the BS? I sometimes wonder why I even went to college. For some reason I don't think it was to work some $10/hour useless F'ing job. I am 25 and I have read many of articles on Yahoo business talking about how my generation expects to much. Well, I do not think I am asking to much.. Only for a little courtesy. What do you think?

  1. It's poor form, you're right -- and certainly not very professional.

It used to be rejection letters were routinely sent out to every applicant when a job was filled.

Don't let it get you down; you'll find the right job in time!

  2. I completely agree. What you have to ask yourself is, do you really want to work for a company that treats potential employees so shabbily?

Keep looking, keep trying, a job will come.
