What is considered porno? If the pics are just of women nude, not even showing thier whatsit, is it still classed as p**n?

p**n is usually defined by the Community Standards. The old "I don't know what it is, but I'll know it when I see it". Although most will still call that porno, unless you can make it look like Art.

The real legal problem is in defining "obscene" as its a subjective call.

Pornography is a business where people make money for profit by selling sexually explicit media (pictures, movies, etc.). In other words, if it is sold for the sexual gratification of the buyer, it is pornography.

Pictures of nude women, whether they are showing their "whatsit" or not, does not always make it pornographic. If they are posing in a sexually explicit manner, it could be considered pornography. Otherwise, it could just be considered "nude art".

Pornography is nudity of minors and nudity involving indignities to a person.

It ought to also include murder and war, but we're not that advanced yet.
