What is the definition of proper education?

The tragedy is that no one could define the term proper education and at least what we provide in India, it is not proper education because most of the schools have no library, no laboratory, no play ground, no stadium, no community hall, no canteen no dispensary, no workshop and no proper seating arrangement.

  2. Education may or may not mean facilities. What you are talking about is the formal education in schools and colleges i.e. academic education. while education is learning process. Where had Issac Newton got his education and where Tulsidas? They learnt through life. I agree that if we get better technical know-how we can provide our students with better opportunities. Still, we have best Technoicrates and Doctors in the world.
