  1. The water falling from the clouds is rain water.

    it contains H2O, Dissolved CO2 , SO2 and other polluted substances. (Percentage of the dissolved components varies from place to place.)

    Contamination of rain water can be controlled by not letting the gasses go in to the atmosphere from factories, vehicles etc.
