Therapeutic programs are those managed and overseen by facilitated by a specialist in that field. For example, a music teacher who does have degree in music cannot provide music therapy because they have not also been trained and certified to  administer music therapy.

Therapuetic programs?? are you referring to therapuetic listening or tactile programs or something?

An occupational therapist will probably know more than the average person about these different types of programs.
