What is the device called that allows you to draw on the computer?

It comes with a stylus and a flat bit. I can't for the life of me remember what they're called. Also does anyone know where I can get one?

A Smart Board? My teachers use it in class all the time. Its so cool, because you can write and draw whatever on the board and it goes to the comp

I think you mean a tablet. The sort made by Wacom and others.

But from your question it sounds like a permanent marker might also meet your description.
