In past reports on Speed and ESPN alot of them eat healthy foods and work out. Some more than others and others not at all. Like us some are naturally thin and in shape and other have to work at it. I know Cousin Carl rides a bike for long distances. (the peddling kind) and I am sure he works out and eats well. Mark Martin keeps it healthy and works out too.

LOL! Tony eats the souls of the innocent, thats funny... Look at Kyles car! I bet he hates M&M's.... And competition... LOL I had to throw that in there just for fun folks.....

I would say if you keep it healthy and work out and practice racing in the lower ranks you may get a shot someday. It is a dream worth shooting for. Let no one say you can't do it. If you want it bad enough and work hard enough it could happen. Good luck.....

The diet nascar drivers go on is called a RACE.A typical driver can lose any where from 8-15lbs per race.

uhh...they don't diet....unless they really can lose about 100lbs, cause thats the only way you'll get an advantage in racing..by getting lighter.  Even Then the weight of the driver doesn't help THAT much...or does it

Cool to see a girl wanting to become a NASCAR driver. I want to be a NASCAR driver. Although not a girl. Work oUt everyday. Eat Healthy. Go for a jog do yoga. Stay fit and you should be perfect. Good Luck Maybe one day we'll race side by side on the track!
