and pls tel me the difference between above two sentences(meaning)

those 2 imply thesame meaning?

  1. The one with "will" is correct.  Since you're referring to a time in the future, the future tense is appropriate.  

    "Would" is conditional, implying that you may or may not meet that person tomorrow.  For that reason, "if'" would be more appropriate than "when" and "met" than "meet."
