What is the diff between MAC liquid foundation & make up forever liquid foundation

make up forever is a little thicker

but just wet you're sponge a little and start blending you're foundation in.

Different brands have different formulation.

So asking about the difference without telling us what are you using, what ya plan to use and ya skin type is like asking an empty question.
