What is the differance between a TOWN a CITY and a VILLE?

MY FATHER WANTS TO BUILD A LITTLE TOWN I GUESS WITH CARS AND HOMES STUFF LIKE THAT BUT HE DOES NT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE.

There really isn't much difference. It's mainly to differenciate all the cities in the U.S.
