  1. Bamma an expert trick shot artist. Bamma say not a dang thing. Bamma say he beat you on snooker table with one eye closed behind back. Bamma born and raised in a pool hall. Bamma say he hustle old drunks when he just kid. Bamma say the good ole days. Bamma otta know.

  2. Pool cues tend to be heavier than snooker cues, usually between 17-21 oz.  Snooker cues are often closer to 14 oz.  Snooker cues tend to be a few inches longer than pool cues, which are usually 57-58 inches.  Pool cues have a wider tip, 13mm being the standard.  This is to match the curvature of the cue tip to the curvature of the cue ball.  The balls are larger in pool than in snooker.  The ferrules tend to be shorter on snooker cues than on pool cues.  So, smaller and lighter balls in snooker require a lighter cue with a smaller tip, to sum things up.  Good question.  M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.
