  1. Cloning is the formation of a new organism by using parental cells (a sperm cell and an ovum) under proper laboratory care.

    Parthanogenesis is a natural asxuall precess by which an organism is formed by unfertilized egg(ovum). For example, in Honey bees comb, the queen lays eggs which are either ferilized to form diploid (having two sets of chromosomes in the cell) worker bees or if unfertilized, form the haploid (having one set of chromosomes in the cell) drones.

  2. DUH ====EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT

  3. cloning is basically getting a sperm and an egg nucleus by artificial mean (microinjection for example) and parthenogenesis is natural type of asexual reproduction, where one body part grows to one complete organism (not sure)
