Cloning is the formation of a new organism by using parental cells (a sperm cell and an ovum) under proper laboratory care.

Parthanogenesis is a natural asxuall precess by which an organism is formed by unfertilized egg(ovum). For example, in Honey bees comb, the queen lays eggs which are either ferilized to form diploid (having two sets of chromosomes in the cell) worker bees or if unfertilized, form the haploid (having one set of chromosomes in the cell) drones.
