One should always be alive to the necessity of his own person and other members of the society protected against harmful and dangerous elements.Keeping away from inflammable chemicals, dangerous gases, using safety belts while driving, following the traffic rules,or being hygienic are the general requirements for personal safety.For safeguarding general public against  dangers and harms, the present day requirement is to be on alert for persons engaged i n terrorist activities.
